Tonight, Ron and I head to the Kalkabin (the family cabin in Kalkaska) until Thursday afternoon to enjoy some late-summer air, delicious meals and each others' company. It's not much time, but we'll be milking it for all its worth, including (but not limited to) doing the following:
1. Cooking over the fire
2. Playing Trivial Pursuit (which Ron always beats me at)
3. Playing Rummy (which I always beat Ron at)
4. Wearing terrible outfits because they're comfortable
5. Drinking watered-down domestic beer
6. Wondering whether or not we'll see a bear
I can't wait!
